How to Download & Print Digital Files & Tutorials
When you purchase a digital product like a download pattern or pdf tutorial, you have two ways to download the file; via email, and through your Sewing Workshop account. *PayPal Customers There's a slight delay in payment processing. To obtain your download, please use the Sewing Workshop Account method.
When you purchase your digital product, you will receive two emails; one will be your order confirmation email, the other contains your digital files and is titled "Your Download Files are Ready - The Sewing Workshop Pattern Collection". When you open this email you will see a setup similar to the image below. To download, simply click on the highlighted files and they will download to your computer.
Step 1: From the homepage, click the link that says Login/Logout at the top of the page.
Step 2: When you click Login/Logout, the login page will open. Enter your username and password and press login.
Step 3: When you are logged in, the Shop page will open. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the link that says My Account. Click My Account.
Step 4: Your account will show your order history. Your orders are listed by purchase date. Scroll down to find your digital product purchase. When you find the purchase, you will see a list of blue files under the product. These are the digital file links. Click the links to download them.
Our digital pattern and tutorial files are formatted as a PDF. Use Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat to open and print the file. If you don’t already have it, you can download the updated version here. http://get.adobe.com/reader/
All patterns are full-scale with all sizes included. Each download pattern includes an instruction file, and three pattern piece files; home printer, U.S. Copy Center, and A0 Copy Center.

Each printed page will have a number, starting with 1. On Page 1 you will find a Test Square that will measure 1" x 1", 2.5 x 2.5 cm. Measure this square to ensure accurate printing size.
Every pattern includes a Page Assembly Guide. This guide is a map to help you piece each page together to create your pattern. Use this guide to tape each sheet together.
Each page has a Margin box for alignment, part of which will be trimmed. See Order of Assembly.
*Tip: Think of your pattern in rows and columns. Tape your pages together in rows from left to right. (ie. Pages 1-5, 6-10, 11-15).
Order of Assembly
- Trim along right-hand margins of all pages
- Tape together each row starting at the top (eShrug & eVest have 3 rows)
- Trim along bottom margins
- Tape together each row (ie. Row/Pages 1-5 tape to Row/Pages 6-10, Row/Pages 6-10 tape to Row/Pages 11-15)
- Cut out pattern along desired size
