This is the non-refundable deposit payment for those that have registered for Double Occupancy during the Paris/London Textile Immersive Event in 2026. You will get a room with either a King bed or two twin beds, depending on preference. Learn more about the trip and read the full itinerary here.

Total Cost: $8,300 (non-refundable $1000 deposit due at registration)

Payment Schedule

First payment due February 1, 2026 – $3650 USD per person, double occupancy

Second payment due May 1, 2026 – $3650 USD per person, double occupancy

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be due at the time of registration to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable or transferrable under any circumstance. The Final Payment for the event is May 1, 2026. Should you cancel in writing before May 1, 2026, the First Payment will be refunded. Should you cancel on or after May 1, 2026, no refunds will be given.

Travel Insurance

Attendees are required to purchase travel insurance, even if you do not work with a travel agent to make travel arrangements. Travel insurance can be purchased for travel arrangements and tour fees in order to cover any of your costs if a cancellation is required. You can receive travel insurance for trip costs, not just airline travel. If an unforeseen cancellation by a participant is required, you will be asked to go through your travel insurance company to request reimbursement of your trip fees.
