In this Sew Confident! class, Linda will guide you through the process of sewing the Edgewater Dress. The Edgewater is a semi-fitted, mid-calf dress with a crew neck, asymmetric bottom panels, and side dart. For this project, the Edgewater Dress is made in soft rayon or cotton knit with smooth cotton poplin from our kit collection.

Techniques you will learn in the workshop:

• How to sew a ready-to-wear neck binding
• How to set in a sleeve in a knit fabric
• How to sew opposing curved seams connecting two different kinds of fabrics
• How to sew a side dart

The class consists of an instructional video class, taught by Linda, and a pre-recorded Zoom Q&A session with Alex & Linda.
